The RM1270 is anything but a traditional sailing yacht. Her fresh, spacious layout just brought her NauticExpo’s 2016 i-NOVO DESIGN Award. Designed by Marc Lombard and built by RM FORA Marine, this vessel enhances the performance, design and comfort of the earlier RM1260. The bow is inverted, stretching the waterline to improve boat speed.
On deck, particular attention was paid to security, with the life raft stowed at the stern. The black powder-coated pulpit, pushpit and stanchions are handsome and durable.
Below-the-waterline choices abound. Twin keel with single rudder is standard, while single keel, retractable keel and double rudders are options. The interior is as light, simple and modern as RM customers have come to expect, with modifications concerning bulkhead placement and functionality.
